German-American Genealogical Research Monograph Number 7 by Clifford Neal Smith, copyrighted 1980 and reprinted for Clearfield Company Inc., Genealogical Publishing Co., Inc., Baltimore, Maryland in 2004 "summarizes most of the material of genealogical importance in Herr Iwan's study." Omitted are textual passages mentioning the activities of the leaders of the Old Lutheran migration. The title is Nineteenth-Century Emigration of "Old Lutherans" from Eastern Germany (Mainly Pomerania and lower Silesia) to Australia, Canada, and the United States. Not sure if this book is out of print but Amazon often has old books offered by individuals. In case you like to hold a book in your hand, this may be to your taste.
