Courtesy of the Sachsen list of genealogy.net, I came across this very interesting site titled Berufe dieser Welt which talks about jobs and
job titles. The site is a German language site but gives you the option to display it in English, or any of a number of other languages courtesy of
Google Translate. If you come across a job title in your family history (especially if it is given in German) check the site to see if it is listed.
By starting with the German, you can find the listing page and then convert to English as needed. The page URL given below is one I thought would be
of Wendish interest, but you can click on the home page to begin your hunt for job titles.
