President’s Report

At the end of April last year, I left my congregation in Serbin and followed a call to Austin, where I now serve as a missionary in school and church.
And Catechist C. Rudi had declared that he could no longer stay in Bockhornpoint. So, I recommended him to go to Serbin, which he immediately did.

Resolved: That the Synod should now adjourn till next year when it will reconvene in Serbin on the third Thursday after Easter.
Ministerium Post Session
In regard to the request for ordination by Brother Rudi it was
Resolved: That the Ministerium would not grant his request for ordination since they considered him to be too weak.
Resolved: That Brother Rudi be advised by the officials of the Synod that he be more diligent and faithful in preparing for the preaching ministry.
Resolved: That Brother Rudi receive a license.
